While we are passionate about Pilates and offer it in various formats—on the mat, on the plate, and on the reformer—we also emphasize the importance of incorporating other routines. Functional body sculpting and cardiovascular endurance are equally vital.

  • Monday, Wednesday, and Friday: Dedicated to exploring each Pilates format.

  • Tuesday and Thursday: Focus on yoga, strength training, and cardio on the Power Plate. We also add some heat to traditional reformer workouts by adding an athletic twist, along with infrared heat and red light therapy.

Our schedule is strategically designed to help you achieve a balance in your movements. Repeating the same workout format day after day, regardless of the type, is one of the least effective training methods. This approach can stall your progress and lead to burnout.

Each training room challenges the body, mind, and willpower in unique ways. In the upstairs Pilates loft, we practice without mirrors to promote reliance on internal cues rather than external ones. We incorporate red light, infrared, and sound bowls to help release emotional baggage that can hinder results. Downstairs, vibrations enhance cognitive function, flush the lymphatic system, and break up lactic acid, allowing the body to release what is unhelpful.

HOT PILATES

Our signature hot pilates strength was the first hot pilates class in Nashville. It is a fast-paced full-body sculpting session that uses both pilates and the knowledge of bodybuilding to carefully curate an infrared workout that helps your body not only get strong but also shift in physique. We utilize the power of red light therapy to reset the nervous system, infrared to relieve tension and stress, sound bowls to recalibrate the mind, and we have no mirrors so that you're in a sacred space of growth and are forced to rely on your internal instincts. Our hot pilates heart includes moments of getting the heart rate up and also takes a slower, more low-intensity approach to our signature sequence.

At the heart of Revive's philosophy is Power Plate technology, a bio-hack for enhancing longevity and well-being. The synchronized vibrations penetrate deeply, delivering an exceptional workout for muscles, bones, and joints. Classes on the Power Plate usually last for 27 minutes, as this brief session can enhance your muscles' strength and speed, equating to 1.5 hours of traditional training. Power Plate sessions offer remarkable benefits for both beauty and health, aiding in:
